Blis boutique moves, expands in Uptown Charlotte

Blis has more than doubled the size of its shop in Founders Hall.

Blis Boutique has moved to new, larger quarters in Founders Hall in Uptown Charlotte.

The gift retailer, which sells accessories and home items, is expanding to 2,700 SF in Founders Hall Suite 265, more than doubling the 1,200 SF it previously occupied in the development.

Founders Hall is in the Bank of America Corporate Center complex at Trade and Tryon Streets.
“We love being a part of the Uptwon culture,” says Whitney Ferguson, co-owner of Blis. “We enjoy serving working men and women in uptown and look forward to growing our Saturday business with Uptwon residents and visitors.”

The expanded boutique opened Monday.

Packard Atlantic Inc. completed the upfit of the space.

Chris Vasbinder of Lincoln Harris and David Dillard of Bank of America Corp. (NYSE:BAC) represented the Charlotte based bank in lease negotiations.
