He has more than 20 years of Commercial Real Estate experience including Corporate Solutions strategy and integration leadership, Property Management, Brokerage, Development, Facilities & Project Management.

He has been involved in corporate real estate account management & development leadership with approximately 500 transactions completed over the past 20 years valued in excess of $1 billion dollars. In addition, he has received multiple industry awards from the Costar Group, and the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) highlighting this diverse activity of complex transactions & strategy creation & execution over the past 20 years.

Chris possesses exceptional skills as a strategic and collaborative leader. He is highly proficient in developing and directing real estate teams, providing valuable guidance to executives and stakeholders on strategic planning, headquarters campus modernization, and effectively collaborating with cross-functional groups to achieve corporate
objectives, process improvement and leadership in all steps from inception, management to disposition.
